How do I request an eye test?
Call our team or send an online enquiry. We’ll contact you to arrange a suitable time. An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment.
What should I bring?
Bring your current glasses or contact lens details, and any information you’d like to discuss with your optometrist. Ask the team whether anything else is needed for your visit.
Can I ask about an eye health condition?
Yes. Our optometrists can discuss concerns about your eye health, including glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, cataracts and macular degeneration, and advise on appropriate assessment or referral.
What about Medicare and health funds?
Ask us about Medicare eligibility, private health claiming through HICAPS and the options available for your cover. Benefits and out-of-pocket costs depend on your eligibility and the services or eyewear you choose.
